Registering

  • Register on the Kansas State Youth Soccer Association website. The deadline is FIRM: miss it and you won't play.
  • Watch the roster freeze dates. There are usually two: have your roster set by the first, and you can make only a few changes before the second. Admins and coaches check the roster before each.
  • Every player turning 18 during the soccer year must complete SafeSport to be on the roster.
  • Bring the most current roster and your original roster. Check the state's website for check-in steps.

The cost and the bond

  • About $1,045 to play (check the state's website), plus a bond.
  • SBV will likely cover the bond for several teams.
